Bean & Kola does not accept returns on coffee or tea products due to their perishable nature. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can review the issue. Approved cases may receive a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion. By placing an order, you agree to this policy.
